SCOTUS tipped the scales.
Now Grifty gets a chance to assert "official duties"....except the offenses in question occurred before he was POTUS.
1. The Georgia Case: A Georgia appeals court has halted all pretrial proceedings in Donald Trump’s Atlanta-based criminal case while a three-judge panel considers whether to disqualify the lead prosecutor, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis. THIS is all about the CORRUPTION of Fani Willis, when she abused her position to hire a boy toy... and the court has ALREDY fired her boy toy because it was OBVIOUSLY inappropriate ! BUT, they left Fani Willis on the case? The Appeals court is looking into that, and the chances look SLIM, that she remains on the case... I think if Willis is fired... THIS case is DEAD... and CERTAINLY NOTHING is going to happen before 2025 !

2. The Florida Case: If the Gestapo like tactics used by Jack Smith and the FBI... to take over Trumps Mira Lago home in order to confiscate the classified documents... claiming lack of security while they were protected behind Gates & Walls, Trump Security Guards, layers of Video Surveillance, and a presidential security detail wasn't bad enough... When the FBI took the documents... THEY removed them from their original locations, jumbled and mixed them during their search... AND THEN took pictures of the jumbled mess to make it appear the documents were originally stored in that state... Jack Smith was FORCED to admit that it was the FBI that created the mess (possibly BECAUSE Trump had video evidence of the entire fiasco)... THIS, while Hillary Clinton destroyed 30,000 classified emails in her possession, Multiple phones containing classified data, and Joe Biden stored classified documents in his garage... while NEITHER were ever POTUS's.. and THEY were NEVER indicted for similar or MORE EGREGIOUS abuses !

3. The NYC Case: Trump was Tried and Convicted in one of the MOST Democrat dense places in America... as the Judge manipulated the proceedings, decided what evidence and witnesses he would permit to testify, but had NO PROBLEM allowing two convicted LIARS to testify... and permitting evidence that had NOTHING to do with the case... but ONLY to taint & Smear Donald Trump... MOST legal scholars expect this case to be overturned on appeal.

4. Presidential Immunity: The SCOTUS has determined that Presidents have a substantial amount of immunity while performing official acts as president... THIS will affect ALL of the above cases to some degree... AND, the chances of any of the cases concluding before election day is small... while EVEN WITH what voters have seen to date... THEY are moving toward re-election Donald Trump !!
