I agree with the i.d. to vote. But banning water at the polling aces was stupid. And make voting a holiday.

They weren't banning water.  what they were banning was the people handing out the water who were partisan and electioneering within so many feet of a polling place.  If you notice the people who are handing out partisan voting information have are well away from the door to the voting area.  State have laws concerning that.
