If every human in existence since the beginning is cycling their lives until they are saved, are there enough people in existence to cover all of historical humanity?

How many out of that 192 billion were saved? out of the 8 billion today, how many are saved Christians?

did reincarnation begin at the beginning or just when Christianity appeared 2000 years ago?

I doubt that unsaved people would say they  prophesied in Christ's name among the other things mentioned here.
