He doesn't have to use the word "storm" to convey his meaning.  He and his opening acts got them grunting and hopping and frothing at the mouth like the chimpanzees in the opening scene of 2001: A Space Odyssey.... and they went and tried to do what he asked them to do:   take their country back by disrupting the constitutionally mandated peaceful transfer of power.
