Hasn't the SC had other decisions of previous Supreme Courts changed over the years?
Ever hear of Brown v. the Board of Education?
How about Lawrence v. Texas?
United States v. Darby?
Gideon v. Wainwright?
The 10th Amendment states unequivocally that a STATE has the right to determine ANY AND ALL POWERS not delegated by the US Constitution. So if you don't like the abortion laws in your state, MOVE!!! The job of the Supreme Court is to INTERPRET the Constitution! NOT to pull from their *** their own preferences about what they THINK the Constitution should cover!
They ARE NOT LEGISLATORS!
Get that fact through your uneducated head!!!
Or it might very well be confirmed that six of the current Supreme Court justices are dumber than all those others who came before them.
