Trump did not tell anyone to storm the capital.  He used the same rhetoric that prominent dems have used for years.

He told people, on the day that Mike Pence was going to preside over congress certifying the results of the election, to go take their country back... and they had inferred from his 45 minute rant, that Mike Pence was standing in the way of them doing so, so they were planning on hanging him, if they could lay their hands on him
