For West Corps, yes.

Please sir, always remember that West economic and GDP calculations include
loads of **** and lies - smoke and mirrors. 

Examples.....Student debt, homeowner debt, CORP debt...all included as part of GDP.  
PUMP PUMP ...PUMP UP THE NUMBERS!

Why?  The West is a financialized economy based on massive debt.
The Chinese economy is based on MASSIVE INDUSTRIAL OUTPUT....aka....actually making ''stuff''.
