Let's get something straight.  15 years ago I would think nothing of those comments, understanding them for what they are.  Rhetoric not meant to incite violence.  Bt since Giffords got shot and the left blamed a map with targets in dem areas, targeted for pubs to win elections, and went after Palin, it changed the game.
