Now I am just going to put this thought that I have here ....as crazy as it sounds ....
all of these shooters have the same psychological make -up due to their trauma suffered in school ....and have a sort of "vendetta" syndrome.
and the schools keep a detailed record of the incident's they suffered .....
and they all used social media .....to hook up with like minded Individuals ....
Now what if... let's say one of our ABC agencies was using those records to recruit and manipulate lone wolf attackers using social media without the perps knowing they are being groomed by this un-named ABC agency to commit these heinous acts ....by pushing them over the edge ...
All our Single Party Loyal Secret Police need to do is to keep tabs on 1000 of these losers, possibly befriend them / groom them on Social Media and all it will take is just 1 to execute an attack that furthers [[[THE AGENDA]]]
The kid could have been promised THE MOON in exchange for "saving our democracy.
