I have seen well-meaning elected representatives from both sides come together and create compromise. I know that compromise and collaboration work. I WANT to return to a time when that was the rule and not the exception. Having said all that, I will HONESTLY say that I truly believe that Donald Trump is an existential threat to the history of our wonderful country that I gave the majority of my adult life serving. You may disagree with that conclusion, but you ought not to question my integrity or my sincerity in reaching it.
