Sure they do, in their ongoing efforts to give THE PEOPLE humanitarian aid, and NOT to fund Hamas!  It is not within the power of Israel to direct where that aid is distributed since Hamas IS THE ELECTED GOVERNMENT in Gaza!  Where is your criticism of Hamas for stealing that aid and giving it only to support their terrorists and their war effort against Israel.
