what do numbers have to do with a gun? You either have a gun in your possession or you do not.
are you telling me if I grind the serial number off you can't see it as well?

You go to someone's house and demand the owners guns.

How do you proceed?

You've already stated if they don't hand over the guns you shut off the water and electricity.

You actually want to ignore the constitution and then the rule of law?

What if someone collects guns and they're very valuable?
Do they lose their guns too?
