How did the German courts categorize the 3rd option?

Stop **** asking stupid questions. God man. If you can't even hold an intelligent conversation without having to ask stupid questions (asking questions that you know the answer) , then shut the **** up.

Three possible cases: 

 1.       You are so **** stupid and dense that you genuinely think that there is a connection between knowing that Ovomit was Potus in 2009 implies  not knowing who was Potus in 2008. 

2.       You are a lying sack of ****.

 3.       All of the above.
