let me ask you this, it was legal to kill the jews in the holoacaust. do you have a problem with that?

The fact is that it was NEVER "legal" to murder 6 million Jews in the holocaust.  And that was proven by the guilty verdicts of all the surviving Nazis who were put on trial and found guilty of war crimes at Nuremberg.
