Trump is STILL denied a Casino License by the Nevada Gaming Commission due to character issues. And if you look at what he did to Atlantic City - essentially, he **** RAIDED it, - you cannot disagree with the Commission's decision. Trump's hotel has been in vegas for 16 years, and if any gambling has happened there, it was a private bet between a couple of guests.
Trump is infamous for stiffing vendors. And if you don't understand what that imports, allow me to explicate: Guys bid on as contractors to do work at his hotels, and he never honors their invoices per contract. They run it up the chain, and **** you comes back. They threaten to sue, and Trump says do it - I have better lawyers. I'll pay you 40%. And they settle, because they are strapped for cash, having spent their money buying supplies for HIS property.
Every bankruptcy he ever had made him richer and his investors poorer. He is a flimflam man - a con artist.
Liking his policies and projecting sainthood on him are in different domains. One is a studious conclusion and the other is cultish behavior.
Likewise, refusing to see that he is an inauthentic, entirely narcissistic sociopath who has talked about **** his own daughter (not that I fault his taste) is cultish behavior.
the latter built another dealership in a different town and stiffed the builders...instead of putting mechanics liens on the place in which they see nothing, they took a negotiated rate...anywhere between 10-50%...feckless...they should've bulldozed it down...
which begs to question, why would anyone do business with them, especially Trump, a major developer...and with a history...unless they have good lawyers too...prior to contract...
