We just had a murder in Massachusetts

17 year old black kid...
And an 18 year old black kid was shot

It happened at 1230am ....on a school night.
And he wasn't in his home.
He was a few towns over
School records show he hadn't been to school in a year...

So...
Black kid
Not going to school
Out at 1230 am
Guns involved
And a few towns away on a school night.

Can someone explain why the parents aren't held responsible?

What are you going to expect from a couple of whores and a couple of deadbeat dads?
