I can barely wrap my head around that. Austin - of all places. I'm told there are nearly a thousand people camping in beautiful San Antonio's streets - even more in Austin.

Oh brah....WAY more than 1,000 in both cities.

In Austin, beneath highway overpasses alone there are 1,000s.
The people voted 60/40 to ban it....but the homeless didnt hear about the outcome of the vote  
......and da pigs aint enforcing it!
