In other words, did the blowing up of the infrastructure carrying them cheap gas hurt their economy, or give it the boot-strap boost it needed to finally become the Little Engine that Could?
It certainly "could" of had an impact, to which I'm most certain, it did...however, not researching historical pricing, it would be pure "speculation" on my part, and apparently yours as well... :wave:
