Except on the night of the debate when he said no US servicemembers died on his watch.

And while those remains of the 13 Marines he murdered were being off-loaded from the plane, he couldn't resist looking at his watch repeatedly, no doubt eagerly waiting to get to the nearest ice cream shop his idiot wife promised him if he was a good boy.
