Hell, I reported this one 18 year old female officer after I caught her in an inmates bunk. They did nothing and eventually she was fired after getting caught screwing him. Later he got out and showed us all what a piece of **** he was by continually harassing this young girl at her home, by peeling out in her driveway at all hours and driving through her yard. I'm sure there was more. They are mostly all pos. BTW, having intimate relations in a secure environment like a prison is a felony.
They paid 18.00 an hour to start. They gave raises. And we live in a nice, small, north texas town. There are jobs. I did work other places there as well, mainly as a transmission rebuilder, and later I tried working at walmart but I hated it. It's a politically correct crap hole. They even said in training that if you witness another employee getting assaulted by a customer, you are NOT to interfere or you will be fired. I lasted three days and told them to FO.
I called it on how y'all got a prison.
SOMEONE has to compete for staff with the meat processing plant or fertilizer plant that gave the town an excuse to exist.
