Exactly. Even if you are born with some weird, intersex kind of unrecognizable crap going on, you are STILL either male or female.
Even so-called hermaphrodites are either male of female, though they have both a penis and a vagina. The males do not have a uterus, but they have testes. The females have a uterus and no functioning testes.
