You got the link. The link says Germany is in a recession. It lost GDP, and it never recovered.
When it "recovers" its GDP, THEN it "recovers" from the recession.
I understand you are not an economist, so this isn't stuff you naturally should know. But you SHOULD be able to think.

Or just respect the first word of the link, which in response to "Is Germany in a recession," said, "Yes."
it would be stupid and unnewsworthy if they stated "the economy went from stagnant to growth...
