Yeah, mail out ballots with NO bar codes so they can't trace the DUPLICATE VOTERS like @maineman said he was MORE than willing to participate in!!
UNTRACEABLE ballots by so many illegal voters and/or by people that would commit VOTER FRAUD to assure a KommieLA win!!
And you think for ONE SECOND that this election supervisor didn't know?? Hell, how did these BALLOTS come into the possession of them IF they didn't order them WITH NO BAR CODES?? You can DAMN WELL BET that they knew WELL in advance and also you can bet that they also mailed them to those WILLING ACCOMPLICES to cast those UNTRACEABLE BALLOTS!!
The only problem with that was- THEY GOT CAUGHT!! This time. Mail in ballots have ALWAYS been the biggest source of DEMOCRAT CHEATING!!
