You can be registered to vote in 20 states, and as long as your ballot is cast at your RESIDENCE STATE, you are perfectly legal if you cast NO OTHER BALLOTS!! There is NO REQUIREMENT that you must "remove" yourself either from any voter rolls if you move or change legal residences.
Oh, and HOME OWNERSHIP is NOT a requirement to register to vote or to cast a ballot, only RESIDENCE IS!! So what if he didn't own the place, he can damn sure have declared that his LEGAL RESIDENCE and no crime was committed!!
Sucks you are THAT **** stupid!! If you were "smart" then every renter in the entire nation would NOT BE CASTING LEGAL BALLOTS!!
