The FRAUD case that NY Courts found against Donald Trump is NOW being appealed to the NY Supreme Court... AND, it looks like the case MAY WELL be in TROUBLE !!
Below are just a few of the questions that the NY Supreme Court Justices had while hearing the appeal, for the Leticia James team... FIRST, one justice interrupted the NY lawyer literally SECONDS after she began her introduction... to QUESTION the validity of the case... Subsequent questioning included the following:
1) One Justice said the size of penalty against Trump was ‘troubling’ !
2) The NY State attorney was asked about the scope of case vs. Trump... IF bank WAS NOT harmed !
3) Another Justice questioned the statute of limitations of the case (which had expired) !
The bottom line... the questioning seemed to revolve around the question... a does a MASSIVE legal Judgement against a defendant, in a case where there WERE... NO victims, NO complaints, NO evidence of materiality or reliance.”... AND which was conducted as part of a PRIVATE business deal, between two CO-EQUAL participants, and WHO DID “their OWN due diligence.”... required a state District Attorneys Office, to POLITICALLY INJECT itself ON THIS SCALE, to FIX something that DOESN'T appear to have be broken ?
I believe that THIS CASE, and THIS JUDGEMENT will be SEVERELY curtailed, if not COMPLETELY thrown out, by the NY Supreme Court... and probably be done BEFORE the 2024 Election !! ...WHICH, will FURTHER PROVE the weaponization of the Federal Government AGAINST Donald Trump... AND, it's COMPLETE ABUSE of POWER, in this case !!
