No, Estonia does not have nuclear weapons and has not pursued a nuclear weapons program since gaining independence. In fact, Estonia is committed to non-proliferation and disarmament efforts, and has signed and ratified several international agreements related to this, including:
- Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT): Estonia is a party to this agreement, which it supports as a key instrument for global peace and security
