I understand the stock market. Do you? It is nothing more than shared risk where I pay for the rights to a portion of the wealth generated by a company and the capital it is in possession of. Do you know where the terms stocks and bonds originated?

The canard about 215 calls to the CDC regarding vaping fluid is being repeated all over the corporate media. All 215 calls traced back to RJ Reynolds. And I can prove that - or at least, you should assume that I can, rather than assume the number is accurate, representative and honest, given the billions at stake for big tobacco.
It's all about stealing market.
And unless you have been sleeping under a rock, you will definitely have to agree that the particular complaint in that almost 8 year old OP has progressed significantly - just as I said it would. They did what I said they were doing. They have all but won the game at this point. Within five years, wall street will have absolute control of the vape market.
