10 hours finding ways to slash / minimize expenses (“How do we get Johnny to do the work of 3 employees since we need to lay off several divisions?”) even if it ends up killing the company’s long term prospects
Why would you work harder and harder as you climb the ladder?
Higher up you get, work/reward ratio changes.
