You couldn't be more wrong.  Your confirmation bias is showing.  The video you refer too, which was spread to you by left-wing propagandists, is a video detailing a 1/2 Billion dollar government program 6 years earlier which was basically another example of socialist welfare entitlements.

Let me be more precise. I mean half a trillion. And that is soft-selling and under-reporting. Federal programs NEVER operate at their advertised price, and this one was no exception. It was the BALE of straw that broke the camel's back.

I would not have bothered to mention a half billion dollar project, and after constant prodding, you have failed to address a half trillion dollar nanny state republican boondoggle based on race. I prodded you how many times to address the issue in the video? And when you finally addressed it, you reduced by a one thousand times and dismissed it as left wing propaganda. Yes - George W.
