I'm not saying the colorado and the snake DIDN'T dig those canyons. I'm saying that I am not altogether convinced they DID.
Nor am I convinced this is not a simulation, and I am not a sim. Or that I am not a doomed soul in hades, yearning for salvation or oblivion or some hagen daz.
The best answer, by the way, is that they lose less elevation than their canyon rich cousins.
