Trump wont be able to wave a Magic Wand and make the majority of Blacks capable of manning most skilled labor jobs.
Blacks already enjoy preferential hiring in government and private sector trade unions....special privileged admission to colleges.
What else is there besides promises of more GIBS ME DAT PROGRAMS...?
