I do not really trust Trumpy's words or promises.

BUT....this fear **** about gulags and dystopian arrests...is simply silly.
LIBS are mostly not serious people.

I don't know about silly. There's probably some truth stuck in there somewhere.
But's it's overblown more than likely with regard to the "life of fear" in Russia.
It can't be like Mexico...
