THATS not the issue, DICKFACE!!! THE ISSUE IS, WHAT and BY WHOM DID THE JURY RECEIVE AS THEIR INSTRUCTIONS TO USE NY STATE LAW IN DETERMINING A RAPE FINDING!!! AND WHAT FINDING WAS MADE BY THE SAME JURY IN REGARD TO A RAPE OCCURRING??
