I want you to take a walk at night through ANY 99% negro neighborhood at night all by yourself.

Your walk needs to last 60 minutes on a nice warm Saturday night on the main drag from 11PM to Mid Night.
Then we'll try the same experiment in  ANY 99% White neighborhood and with the same conditions
