Yes, ballot harvesting is a term coined by REPUBLICANS who suddenly became critical of something THEY'VE been doing for twenty years now, and have recently done, only, in North Carolina, they were caught CHEATING at it. Dems have been cheating at least as far back as 1960.
Several states allowed COLLECTION of completed ballots by those legally qualified to do so.
