Sorry, DICKWEED, but in case you missed it, LAWS can't be RETROACTIVE and in the case of Trump, this DID NOT APPLY!! It was passed way AFTER the allegations where made!!
Congress is prohibited from passing ex post facto laws by clause 3 of Article ISection 9 of the United States Constitution. The states are prohibited from passing ex post facto laws by clause 1 of Article ISection 10.
