Yep...there was a builder of concrete boats where I grew up. I 've done a lot of automotive work on an untreated concrete slab. 50 years worth.
Over the years I've had countless spills of antifreeze, water, gasoline, engine oil, cleaning solvents and auto transmission fluid.
So yeah..even straight water will take basically forever to soak all the way into concrete [if it kept out of direct sunlight to delay evaporation]
I've also gutted and butchered a few deer using my engine hoist that's right above the same old concrete slab.
Unlike Jerra B..I don't need to watch old episodes of Perry Mason to know how much time it takes for a pint of blood to totally disappear into untreated concrete.
Blood is mostly water, so it'll eventually evaporate and leave a pile of gooey dark sludge that needs to be scraped up the following day. But it will never just "instantly vanish" into the concrete before any videos can capture the blood loss like that idiot [jerrab] claims...
