What is the difference between more money was spent in Trumps term than Obama's 2. only because congress did all that covid-**** in 2020. All those congressional hearings about Russia, Russia, Russia prior to covid scandal. Which was a global economic shut down to America's supply and demand system of economic trade around the world.
