Doubtful. Who wants to try to bring Trump in for anything as President.
The fact is, this case is DEAD ON ARRIVAL and always was. Nothing more than pure political **** and using a "RICO" statute to try and get a conviction?? Talk about a stretch of the law, thats almost as bad as Bragg's attempt to make a booKkeeping error into a FELONY.
