To the extent he opines, it is supported by evidence...Kaplan isn't a hack challenging reversal like the rank whore in Florida.

Now explain why Kaplan employs the quotation marks around the word Rape.

He can opine all he wants, O'Reilly, but no jury has found Trump liable for rape according to NY State law at the time.  That is a fact and ABC and George boy are on the hook for 16 million dollars for saying otherwise.
