At no point has Judge Kaplan lied.

To the extent he opines, it is supported by evidence...Kaplan isn't a hack challenging reversal like the rank whore in Florida.

Now explain why Kaplan employs the quotation marks around the word Rape.

You have asked that multiple time, and I have given you the only possible answer I can give.  I don't know why he put it in quotation marks.  I didn't play a part in writing the ruling.  If you're that **** curious, reach out to HIM and ask HIM.

 I understand you will never by smart enough or mature enough to accept that no JURY...in any court on earth...has ever ruled Trump committed rape.  That is the truth.  But, to quote Colonel Jessep from A Few Good Men, "You can't handle the truth!"
