This is why, when you insist you've read the filing, I must conclude that you're a liar, moron or both.

You either cannot accept, or are too **** stupid to understand, that Kaplan's filing WAS NOT a ruling on the accusations made in the case.  The JURY had already ruled on those issues and set an award.  Kaplan's filing was his ruling on the appeal of the award amount filed by the Trump legal team.  It DOES NOT, and CANNOT, change the verdict of the jury. No jury on earth has ever ruled Trump committed rape...PERIOD.
