Now you're just running pure horse ****. You can buy land in plenty of places for $1,000 per acre, Loving County, Texas has zero human beings living in it. Your knee-jerk hysteria about population has nothing to do with being able to get away from the crowd. I live on 30 acres and have critters. You could do the same if you wanted to.

I have no traffic jams. I cannot see my neighbors (I can hear their bulls bellow, though). I buy my meat and dairy from local farmers. You can't **** your way through this. I've proved my case. You've not even TRIED to address my evidence.

Please dont waste keystrokes trying to convince me as to who values what the most or else  what is the prime driver of real estate value.
If where you live was just as desirable as where I live it would've already seen a 4 fold increase in population over the past 35 years just like my area has. There would already be traffic jambs where you used to be able to drag race without a care in the world. 
The overpopulation  trend is here already..only the rich will be able to live anywhere besides high rise apartments where single family homes on acreage once stood. THAT is the trend and not visa versa.
Private vehicle ownership and toll free highways will be the next part of over populated Americana to be considered a Rich Person's luxury. The Peons will be herded into the slow lanes. and crappy toll free roads.
