Most news dumps like this are done on Friday.  So the weekend shows can discuss it or for the Admin to get ahead of what they know are talking about.

Nah.  First, although I heard it about it Sat Morning because I was traveling Fri I did not post about it until yesterday.  48 hr rule type of thing.  Second, Clinton won't be touched unless she can be tied specifically to it.  And third, all we have is a filing.  No evidence has been brought forward yet.  And last, the reason for the filing was about a conflict of interest.  The "spying" was brought up in the factual background section which the lawyer is fighting.
