I don't love Putin but he is a hell of a lot smarter that braindead biden.  

Braindead biden’s ‘posturing was nothing more than political theatre to distract from his appalling poll numbers, his unfavorable ranking among voters. It also was to serve as a distraction for the dim-0-craps in Congress and their failing policy positions.

Putin vs braindead biden is like a man with a laser pointer, playing with a cat. And then, the cat runs into a fan.
