They're not weaned. They're DEPRIVED. They had their primary pipeline blown up, and their secondary pipeline shut down. They're paying no less than thrice for their energy - and this has pretty much ended Germany's industrial output. I think Russia will attack the infrastructures of the Western World if we continue to make life difficult for them.
Russia could poison our water supplies, burn our houses down, terrorize the freeway systems, etc.
I predict the E.U. is going to start coming apart at the seams. I also predict Germany will trash the current government and elect a right wing, pro-detente government.
