Well as you can see the Russian leadership did not appreciate being made to look like they kneel to Trump.
I think Russia has the upper hand as far as who can do the most harm to the other guy's nation via sabotage and terrorism.... versus our economic sanctions.
It's much easier for Bad Guys to fly under the radar in the USA.
