It was a metaphor. I know a Tina that will have to go back to Tim, and a Gloria that will have to go back to Rick in my experience.
They both are from professional experience in the work force. I won't elaborate except that Tim wasn't a great General Manager. Rick and Gloria were both superb engineers.
