After the Riots 2020 Kenosha Mayor John Atramainiam & City Council decided spend "Billion" County Tax Payers on this "Inovovation Neighborhood on the former American Motors then Chrysler Site.
Why dont ya tell black people keep the dope & the shootings on your side of town.
Milwaukee PD already works this way keep that in your area becacause georagphically plus Milwaukee County much bigger dont have the "Resousces" its a 10 by 10 miles Dope ghetto Geophaphically everything North the East/West Freeway I-94 bascially all Black & Very "Crack Ghetto" 2 the County Line but if they see ya outta your area they gonna nail ya send ya 2 prison too keep that crap on youre side of town
