Back in the "Cold War" Cubans from "Commusnism granted "Free Assylum".
North Koreans & China Vietnamese too but much harder get across the Pacific ocean than oh 80/90 miles off the Gulf Coast.
Most these Nations dont want em back either refuse 2 take em back
